The pricing listed on this page assumes a single order for one person in one Asian-language. But if you’re visiting more than one country or going in a group, you may need cards in more than one Asian-language and/or cards for more than one person.
We save a lot of time and back-end work by bundling multiple cards into a single work process and we pass these savings on to you. If you need multiple cards, simply describe your needs when submitting your order and we’ll get back to you with remarkably reasonable pricing.
Special Note: If your company requires ongoing business card services, we offer very generous discounts even on single orders for clients who set up an account or open a purchase order with us.
We deliver print-ready files; not actual physical cards.
As a professional, you know the value of control and specialization. When you receive your print-ready files from us, they are in .eps or .pdf formats that all printers understand. You can either take them to your printer in a physical media, such as a flash drive, or you can forward them to your printer by e-mail or online upload. Your printer will know exactly what to do with the files if you tell them you want “double-sided business cards in English and Japanese/Chinese/Korean.”
By dealing directly with the printer, you can discuss card stock, ink, quantity, and other physical output issues. You can see exactly what you will be getting and rest assured that your work is in the hands of a printing professional. And it’s a timesaver because you don’t have to contend with business cards being shipped over long distances.

We do not recommend that you print your cards on an office or home printer and we cannot provide technical support to help you do this. Not only is every desktop printer different and getting the files lined up properly can be prohibitively time-consuming from a file-prep standpoint, but the final output is not very good due to thin paper and low print quality. If you’re going to get Asian-business cards prepared for your trip to Asia, do it right and don’t risk making a bad impression with home-made cards.

Choose from one of the formats below, tell us what to include on your card and we’ll take care of the rest. This option is handled by our translation team with the same premium effort and care as the more expensive options, but we can give our layout artist a break, thus letting us keep our costs down. These black-and-white templates use standard fonts and the layout is fixed.

Client-Designed Template with Finalized English Artwork - $145
If you can send us the original artwork files for your English card in any of a wide variety of the latest desktop publishing software, we’ll typeset your requested Asian-language translation into your existing design and return an Asian-language file that is formatted like your English card. With this option, the English artwork files we receive from you must be in final form and not require additional revisions. Therefore, if you need us to update your English design too, please choose Option B-2 below.
What we’ll deliver: PDF proofs of the Asian-language card for your approval, followed by revised PDF proofs (if necessary) and final print-ready files in your requested Asian-language

Client-Designed Template without Finalized English Artwork - $175
If you have the original artwork for your English card but would like us to update it while working on your Asian-language card, don’t have the original artwork files for your English card or just don’t even have an English card at all yet, we can still recreate/create your card from scratch based on your instructions.
- Option #1: Email us the original artwork, email us a scan or
fax us your current English card
If you don't already have your English artwork in final form, we can still update it according to your instructions or recreate it for you from a scanned or faxed copy of your current English card and then proceed with the Asian-language translation and typesetting. In this case, you may also need to email us the high-resolution logo and/or other graphic files. But don't worry; after we receive your scan or fax, we'll be glad to review your card and indicate exactly what we need for the job.
- Option #2: Design your own English card
Simply download the template kit below for the software program you want to use and let your creativity go to work. Follow the easy instructions and freely use graphics, text and multiple colors. We’ll then refer to this while professionally preparing your final card in English and the Asian-language of your choice.
